With this program I provide one on one customized support based on your health concerns and goals. We start with a nutrition assessment to provide you detailed information on how best to support your body through nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes. Using symptomatology we decipher any body systems that require support. When the assessment is complete, we meet for 30 minutes to discuss the findings and answer any questions. Based on the assessment and with your goals in mind, I create a customized to you 6 week meal plan, complete with recipes and grocery lists. Over the course of 12 weeks, we meet bi-weekly for 30 minutes to discuss your progress and make any changes necessary to help you reach your goals. During this 12 weeks you have complete email access to me to answer any questions or concerns you may be having. All coaching calls are held over zoom.
