Hi, thanks for stopping by! My husband and I live on a small homestead in BC, Canada where we grow, raise, and preserve on under 2 acres. Over the past few years we have begun keeping a laying flock, bees, and most recently raising meat birds and pigs.

My desire to dive into producing and preserving our own food comes from my background in nutrition. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist which was a natural progression as I learned the truths of our food system, and more specifically factory farming.
