Hi, thanks for stopping by! I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a goal to help women create a healthier lifestyle through a focus on whole foods and natural living, without food obsession and guilt. My love for kale is about as big as my love for wine, and I truly believe health and enjoyment can coexist.
My passion for health began as I became educated on the food industry and factory farming. From there I began to question what other industries weren’t begin transparent about. This led to my desire to study holistic nutrition and educate people on the food they consume, the products they use, and how these greatly effect their health.
Growing our own food, creating self sufficiency, and fermenting are truly my form of fun. I love getting back to nourishing, traditional foods that we have lost the art of somewhere along the way. At any given time, I’ve got kombucha and sourdough on the go in my kitchen, and I’m always willing to experiment.
