Healthy Greek Yogurt French Onion Dip
To make this recipe dairy free, sub cashew, almond, or coconut yogurt for the greek yogurt. Alternatively, use the same amount of full fat coconut cream, with a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise or heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup dried onion flakes or 4 tsp onion powder
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt + pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Stir all ingredients together well.
- Step 2 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 3 Serve with chopped veggies or crackers.
